Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (New Zealand’s legal gambling age) to access or use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2) Social-play only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is for entertainment and social play only. It does not offer real-money gambling.
• No cash prizes or prizes of value are offered through gameplay.
• Virtual coins, credits, tokens, boosts, and items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or anything of value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged.
• Purchases (if available) are for access to Virtual Items only and do not increase odds of receiving anything of real-world value.

3) Account rules

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and maintain only one account unless we approve otherwise.
• You may not sell, share, or transfer your account or Virtual Items.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or harass other users.
• Do not attempt to access non-public areas or bypass security.

5) Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to the Service or others, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends.

6) Intellectual property and licence

The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that disputes may be brought in the courts of New Zealand.
